Tour Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation terms carefully before booking

A. Cancellation Fees (Based on Days Before Departure)

Notice Given Before Tour Start Cancellation Fee
More than 60 days 10% of tour cost
31 – 60 days 25% of tour cost
15 – 30 days 50% of tour cost
7 – 14 days 75% of tour cost
Less than 7 days 100% (no refund)

Note: Some tours may have non-refundable deposits regardless of notice given.

B. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14–30 business days.

Payment gateway or bank transaction fees are non-refundable.

C. No-Shows

No refund will be issued if the participant fails to join the tour without prior notice.
