Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Luang Prabang, transfer to hotel, private Baci ceremony at local family. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 2: Luang Prabang City Tour - Pak Ou Caves. Royal Palace Museum, Mekong River cruise, Pak Ou Caves, Ban Xanghai village, Wat Sene, Wat Xiengthong, Heuan Chan mansion, Wat Prabath sunset, Night Market. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 3: Morning Alms Giving - Kuang Si Waterfall. Sacred morning alms giving, morning market, Phousi Hill, UXO Visitor Center, Kuang Si Waterfall, Ban Thapene village, Bear Rescue Center, Ock Pop Tock Living Craft Center. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 4: Luang Prabang - Pakse - Bolaven Plateau. Flight to Pakse, tea plantation, Tad Fan Waterfall, Ban Lak Sipchet (iron knife village), Ban Lak Samsip (bamboo basket village), Tad Yeung waterfall, coffee plantation. Overnight in Bolaven Plateau.

Day 5: Bolaven Plateau - Wat Phou - Khong Island. Tha Teng ethnic minority food market, Ban Bong Neua (Alak village), Ban Kokphung (Katu village), Wat Phou (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Done Khong Island. Overnight in Khong Island.

Day 6: Khong Island - 4000 Islands - Khone Island. Tail boat to Si Phan Done, Ban Khone village, French colonial relics, first Lao railway remnants, Liphi waterfall, local pagoda, village exploration. Overnight in Khone Island.

Day 7: Khone Island - Khone Phapheng - Pakse. Khone Phapheng waterfall, Ban Khoh stone carving village, Wat Chomphet, Wat Phou Salao sunset view. Overnight in Pakse.

Day 8: Pakse - Ubon Ratchathani - Departure. Transfer to Ubon Ratchathani via Chongmek Border for flight to Bangkok.
